Trek Red Truck unveils Preston Street roster

Trek Red Truck’s Sara Bergen, Leah Guloien and Denise Ramsden swept the podium at the BC road race championships last month.

The Trek Red Truck racing team will bring a west-coast flavour to the Preston Street Criterium presented by eQ Homes later this month.

The Vancouver-based team is sending a strong roster, particularly in the women’s race, and will be aiming to end The Cyclery-Opus‘ five-year winning streak in the women’s race — just as The Cyclery has stepped up as a supporting sponsor for the event.

And Trek Red Truck has some inside knowledge of the event: team member Sarah Coney won Preston Street back in 2010, when she was riding for … you guessed it … The Cyclery.
